From 1 April we’re transferring to Water Choice
Letters are currently being sent to South East Water Choice customers explaining a change that will take effect from 1 April 2018.
Customers do not have to take any action as their water service will continue as usual and the letters are merely to clarify the background and reasons for our change to Water Choice.
Back in April 2017 the business retail water market opened and this allowed business customers to choose their retailer for water and wastewater services. South East Water Choice is the retail division for existing South East Water Ltd business customers
Invicta Water Ltd is part of the same group of companies as South East Water and has also been offering water and wastewater retail services to business customers in other parts of England since the market opened. That company trades under the name of Water Choice.
To allow us to best serve your requirements in the future and to bring all our retail activities under one roof, South East Water intends to withdraw from the non-household retail market from 1 April 2018. This means that all our retail business services will be delivered by Water Choice. This will help us build on our experience, provide you a more efficient service and an improved customer experience.
How does this change impact customers?
In simple terms – it doesn’t really. The main change that customers will notice is the name which the bill arrives in and the name that appears on their bank statement.
Direct Debits will transfer to Water Choice and the only difference customers will see is that bank statements will show the payment being made to Invicta Water Ltd rather than South East Water Ltd.
If you need to contact us or have any questions before 1 April 2018 then call us on 0333 000 9988, email us at email@example.com or send a message through the contact us form on this website.
After 1 April 2018 you can contact Water Choice on the same telephone number as above to call us or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Don’t worry though if you use our old details by mistake, Water Choice will still be getting emails and calls.
